Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc. that allows you to make payments in person, iOS apps, and web.
Note: Apple Pay web support is limited to the Safari browser only.
If you are using iPhone 6 and newer model, iPad Air 2 and newer model, Macs with Touch ID, and all Apple Watches, you can set up their Apple Pay accounts and configure their payment methods. Up to 8 payment methods can be added to Apple Pay account on older devices, while newer devices accept up to 12 payment methods.
The service keeps the customer’s payment information private from the retailer by replacing the customer’s credit or debit card Funding Primary Account Number (FPAN) [i.e. card number] with a tokenized Device Primary Account Number (DPAN).
