How long does it take to integrate and go live with PayOne payment gateway?

Usually it depends on the merchant chosen integration types, and development continuous implementation.
From PayOne side, we provide a plan to merchants where they can go live within a week of time by following the action items within the timelines.

What are the payment Types that I can utilize with PayOne?

PayOne provides several payment types covering the market demands such as: eCommerce Sale, Pre-Auth, Completion, Refund, recurring ... etc.

What are the payment methods supported by PayOne?

PayOne provides most of the payment methods like: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay ...etc.

What are the integration types that I can use to integrate with PayOne?

PayOne provides multiple integration types that ease the merchant integration based on the technology that the merchant is using. Such as: Redirection, Back2Back API, Direct Post, Shopping carts plugins …etc.

Can I use PayOne payments solutions with my shopping cart or eCommerce platform?

Sure, PayOne payment solutions supports the integration from shopping carts platforms, by providing plugins for each shopping cart platform such as: WooCommerce, Magento, Open Cart …etc.

What is 3D-Secure?

3D Secure (3DS) requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Customers may be prompted to navigate to an authentication page on their bank’s website where they enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to their phone. This process is familiar to customers through the card networks’ brand names, such as Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check.

What is the Secure Hash? and how is it calculated?

Simply the secure hash is a calculated value that should be sent within the transaction request, that guarantees the request is genuine and was not tampered, or edited during the transmission to PayOne side.

Can we save the credit card details for our customers?

Instead of saving the clear card related data, and put yourself in scope of security standards and compliances; PayOne provides you with a Tokenization service where you can save the Token for the credit card that made a successful payment.
So, you send the Token instead of the card number when you send any other future payment for the same cardholder.

What if I did not receive the payment response?

PayOne provides you with a service that you can ask about any transaction at any time, to check about the transaction statuses based on the transaction ID, this service is called the Inquiry Function.

In addition, there is another service where you can get notified every time you have successful transaction where PayOne will send a notification to a specific URL that you provide us from your side every time you have a successful transaction.

Do I have a dashboard where I can check my transactions, and generate reports?

PayOne provides a merchant dashboard and see transactions through several search criterias and generate/extract reports.
Also the merchant admin can do several actions like adding sub-admins, perform refunds …etc.

Can I custom my payment page layout?

PayOne provides custom page layout for merchants that comes in line with merchant website themes and colors.

Can my integration with PayOne help me in generating invoices?

PayOne provides Smart Link service/platform where the merchants can integrate with, or use in a manual way to generate invoices where their customers can pay them and getting printable invoices.
